We run a full day induction programme designed specifically for Foundation trainees. The programme is presented by a mix of clinical and non clinical speakers and each is an expert in their chosen topic.
Please see below for the programme for induction day. This induction is face to face held in the Health Academy at Royal Preston Hospital. Attendance is mandatory and you will be required to complete an evaluation form to verify that you have attended the full induction.
